Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during evening and night hours.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience, empathy, and professionalism.
- Process orders, returns, and account updates accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate management level promptly.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory for the right candidate.
- Must be available to work nights, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
