Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and technical issues efficiently.
- Accurately input customer data and transaction details into our CRM software.
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds while adhering to company policies.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly call volume and quality assurance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, friendly phone voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace (Hybrid/Remote eligible).
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
