- Handle inbound/outbound calls with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries using our CRM system and knowledge base
- Document interactions accurately in our case management platform
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Meet daily performance metrics for call quality and efficiency
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No prior experience necessary - we train from scratch!
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
- Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic computer proficiency with typing 25+ WPM
- Positive attitude and resilience under pressure
- Must pass background check and drug screening
