Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing issues.
- Accurately document customer interactions and updates into the CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions to improve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex service issues.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
- Basic computer literacy (typing speed of 35+ WPM preferred).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
