Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, billing questions, and technical support.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service standards are met.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics (KPIs) and call handling goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Fluency in English (Bilingual in Spanish is a plus).
