Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and guidelines.
- Build rapport with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to meet departmental targets.
- Collaborate with team leads and support staff to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
