Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming and outgoing customer calls with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate computer software quickly.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required for this entry-level position.
