Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Document interactions accurately in CRM systems and maintain detailed case notes
- Collaborate with team members to address complex issues and share best practices
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service techniques
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and customer experience enhancements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 6 months of customer service or call center experience (internships accepted)
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear, professional phone etiquette
