Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming and outgoing customer calls with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM database.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures through continuous training.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate management team when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must reside within the United States (Georgia preferred).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
