Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account details into our CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Participate in daily training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and communication skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Must reside in the United States and have a stable high-speed internet connection.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train entry-level candidates.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
