Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner via live chat software.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Evaluate customer issues to determine the root cause and propose effective solutions.
- Maintain a positive and empathetic tone while handling difficult situations.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure consistent service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus but not required.
