Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume customer inquiries via live chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer issues and troubleshoot basic technical problems to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to escalate complex issues effectively.
- Maintain a friendly and positive tone in all written communications to build rapport with users.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal) with exceptional grammar and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidates.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
