- Team Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to escalate complex issues.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner via chat platforms.
- Assist customers with account management, product information, and troubleshooting.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.

- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Basic computer skills and typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple chat windows open.
