In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via live chat platforms. You will troubleshoot issues, answer product inquiries, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a lasting positive impression. No prior experience is required—we provide comprehensive training!
Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume customer inquiries via live chat with professionalism and speed.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently by asking the right questions and providing accurate solutions.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback within our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, technical support) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and maintain a positive tone in all communications.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35-40 WPM) and familiarity with computer navigation.
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and spelling.
- Ability to multitask effectively while managing multiple chat windows.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace are essential.
