Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat with a friendly, professional, and empathetic tone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems to provide effective solutions.
- Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the CRM database.
- Educate customers on products and services to enhance their overall experience.
- Collaborate with senior support agents and the technical team to resolve complex escalations.
- Maintain a high level of productivity and adhere to quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Excellent written communication skills, including grammar and spelling.
- Proficient computer skills with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
