Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information, account issues, and troubleshooting
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues
- Meet and exceed performance metrics for response time and customer satisfaction
- Continuously improve knowledge of products and services
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior support staff when necessary
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- No prior experience necessary - we provide training!
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet home office environment
