Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate product information.
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to company scripts and guidelines while adapting communication style to the customer.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve product knowledge and support skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong typing skills (minimum 35 WPM).
- Excellent written grammar and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a high-volume, digital environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must be available to attend the upcoming Hiring Event in Charlotte.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment if remote.
