Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat with empathy, accuracy, and a positive tone.
- Resolve customer complaints and technical issues using our CRM software.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately in the system.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Assist in maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction Score (CSAT).
- Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent service quality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Strong written communication skills and excellent grammar.
- Basic computer skills and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
