Responsibilities

- Resolve customer issues with empathy, accuracy, and a solution-oriented mindset.

- Collaborate with team leads to improve response times and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications

- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar, tone, and clarity.

- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
