Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Assist customers with product troubleshooting and technical issues.
- Evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to senior staff.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve overall service quality and response times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven ability to type at least 35-40 WPM with high accuracy.
- Excellent grammar, spelling, and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with web browsers and online tools.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat windows simultaneously.
