Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat with a friendly and professional tone.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems to provide effective solutions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer escalations.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Adhere to all company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
- Excellent written communication skills with a focus on grammar and clarity.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 35 WPM) and accuracy.
- Reliable internet connection and a home office setup if remote, or availability to commute to our Seattle location.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
