Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account details in CRM software.
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality assurance scripts.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services.
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

- Basic computer proficiency (typing and navigating web browsers).
