Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly and professional tone.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Log all interactions and transactions into the CRM database accurately and in real-time.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- No prior call center experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficient in using computers and navigating web browsers.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
