Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account information
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system following established protocols

- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and customer satisfaction scores

Qualifications
