Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services to enhance satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the support team to troubleshoot complex issues and share best practices.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote).
