Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining brand standards
- Document interactions and update customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve complex escalations
- Meet key performance metrics including CSAT scores and response times
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities for product enhancements
- Participate in weekly coaching sessions to develop skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to type 40+ WPM with high accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Positive attitude and adaptability in fast-paced environments
- Must pass background check and drug screening
