Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer issues with empathy and efficiency using CRM systems
- Process orders, returns, and account modifications accurately
- Document all customer interactions in Salesforce and maintain detailed records
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product inquiries
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Participate in weekly training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic proficiency with CRM software (training provided)
