- Resolve product and service issues efficiently while maintaining a high customer satisfaction score.
- Process customer orders, returns, and account updates accurately.
- Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote relevant products or services.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service protocols and response times.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
