Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve technical and billing issues using our proprietary CRM platform
- Document interactions accurately in our ticketing system
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer concerns
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Maintain high customer satisfaction metrics (CSAT scores)
- Participate in ongoing product knowledge training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency and typing ability (40+ WPM)
