Your Mission
As our Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice and face of our brand. You will ensure our customers feel valued and heard, driving satisfaction and loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's request and determining the best solution.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and other requests accurately.
- Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive, empathetic attitude under pressure.
- Document interactions and customer account information accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to resolve escalated issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required for entry-level roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
