Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions into our CRM system.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex account issues.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to provide expert support.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency (40+ WPM).
- Reliable transportation to the downtown Miami location.
- Positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
