Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on high-quality service.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account details within our CRM system.
- Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and process inquiries.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call volume and customer satisfaction scores.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service or retail experience is a plus, but not required (Entry Level friendly).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
