Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to a high volume of customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns with patience and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Provide product and service information to customers, answering questions to ensure a smooth purchasing experience.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service processes.
- Assist in training new hires by sharing best practices and company knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional tone.
