- Update customer records and information accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop solutions for recurring customer problems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback for internal reporting.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory (we train our own!).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and navigating web browsers.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
