- Resolve service issues and complaints promptly, escalating complex matters to management when necessary.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; some college coursework is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM and navigate computer systems with ease.
- Proven ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
