Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive tone.
- Provide accurate product information and handle orders or returns.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve service quality and support processes.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
