Responsibilities

- Resolve customer complaints, issues, and questions accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize CRM software and internal databases to access customer account information.
- Document all interactions and transactions in the company system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate supervisor or department when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during every interaction.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall service quality and response times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
