Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell products or services based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve call scripts and customer satisfaction scores.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and friendly telephone manner.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure or in difficult situations.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required for entry-level candidates.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace (for hybrid/remote options).
