- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and apply our product and service knowledge to provide accurate information to clients.
- Feedback Loop: Relay customer feedback and suggestions to the management team to help improve our services.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We provide full training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications.
- Reliability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Attitude: A positive, patient, and professional attitude towards all customers.
