Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Support patients with mobility and transfer activities
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to clinical team
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with dietary needs
- Light housekeeping to maintain safe living environments
- Document care activities accurately and timely
- Build trustful relationships with patients and families
Qualifications
- Active CNA or HHA certification required
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Clear background check and drug screen
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
