Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to weekend guests with warm professionalism
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins, inquiries, and reservation coordination
- Assist with event setup, venue maintenance, and weekend operational tasks
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams during peak weekend hours

Qualifications
- Weekend availability required (Saturday/Sunday shifts)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
