Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service during weekend and overnight shifts across assigned locations
- Operate point-of-sale systems and maintain accurate transaction records
- Perform inventory management, stock replenishment, and quality control checks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations during off-peak hours
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards during all shift activities
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations promptly with a solutions-oriented approach
- Document shift activities and prepare handover reports for day-shift staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications preferred
- Minimum 6 months customer service or retail experience
- Availability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) and overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Proficiency with basic technology and point-of-sale systems
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for specific roles)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational needs
