Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willing to obtain within 30 days)
- 1+ years healthcare or overnight shift experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods during 12-hour shifts
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Valid Florida driver's license (if transporting patients)
