Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient intake, triage, and care pathways during weekend shifts
- Lead multidisciplinary teams including physicians, nurses, and support staff
- Manage electronic health records and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Implement emergency response protocols for weekend patient incidents
- Oversee weekend facility operations and resource allocation

Qualifications
- BSN or Master's degree in Healthcare Administration/Nursing
- 5+ years clinical experience with 2+ years in leadership
- Weekend/hospital shift work expertise required

- PA state healthcare license (RN, PA, or MD)
- BLS/ACLS certification with current renewal
- Exceptional crisis management and decision-making skills
