Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care during weekend night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Monitor patient vital signs and document medical records accurately
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care
- Respond to emergency situations with calm professionalism
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and OSHA regulations
- Provide compassionate support to patients and their families during off-hours
Qualifications
- Current RN, LPN, or CNA license in Oregon
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in acute or long-term care
- BLS/CPR certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and adapt to changing schedules
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
- Valid Oregon driver's license for occasional facility transport
