Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend service operations and client activities
- Manage resource allocation and team scheduling during shifts
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and service standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and community stakeholders
- Maintain accurate documentation and incident reports
- Support client engagement and community outreach initiatives
- Assist with onboarding and training of new weekend staff
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency and documentation skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (if transportation required)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Previous customer service experience preferred
