Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, billing, and technical support.
- Log detailed and accurate notes into the CRM system after every interaction.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to supervisors.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during stressful or difficult conversations.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and policy changes to ensure accurate information delivery.
- Adhere to all call center quality assurance standards and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or prior customer service experience is a plus.
- Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively over the phone.
- Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to multitask between calls and computer screens.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Previous experience in a call center or retail environment is highly desirable.
