Responsibilities
- Provide real-time chat support to resolve customer inquiries and technical issues

- Monitor chat queues with average response time under 90 seconds
- Contribute to knowledge base development and training materials
- Participate in weekly performance reviews and skill development sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer support or chat-based roles
- Exceptional written communication and typing proficiency (60+ WPM)
- Proficiency with Zendesk, Intercom, or similar CRM platforms
- Strong problem-solving abilities with technical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-volume environments
- Spanish language fluency is highly desirable
- Must be available to work flexible shifts including weekends
