- Document all interactions in CRM systems with detailed notes and resolution steps
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate complex issues while maintaining customer communication
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer experience through feedback analysis
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction rating through personalized solutions
- Participate in weekly training sessions on new products and support techniques
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or technical support
- Exceptional written communication skills with flawless grammar
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce) and chat tools
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chat sessions
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must pass background check and typing assessment (60+ WPM)
