Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via real-time chat with average 90-second response times
- Maintain detailed knowledge base documentation for product troubleshooting
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers to resolve technical escalations
- Proactively upsell premium features during customer interactions
- Participate in weekly quality assurance reviews and coaching sessions
- Track metrics in Zendesk and Salesforce CRM systems
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 1+ years experience in digital customer support environments
- Exceptional typing speed (65+ WPM) with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Zendesk/Salesforce preferred)
- Ability to multitask across 3-4 concurrent chat windows
- Strong problem-solving skills with technical aptitude
- Available to work rotating weekends (Sat/Sun shifts available)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
